The Safety Girl SC-282 Navigator safety glasses have polycarbonate amber-tinted lenses with UV400 protection and an anti-scratch coating, a pink polycarbonate wraparound frame, and wide temples, and are suitable for use as protective eyewear in weather conditions that range from sunny to cloudy. The amber-tinted lenses filter light at the blue end of the spectrum to help enhance depth perception and contrast in low light, and they help protect the wearer's eyes by filtering out ultraviolet A (UVA) and ultraviolet B (UVB) light with wavelengths up to 400 nanometers (nm). The lenses have an anti-scratch coating for durability, and both the lenses and the frame are made of polycarbonate to resist impact. The wraparound frame and wide temples help increase side protection, and a built-in nose piece helps create a secure fit. This pair of safety glasses has been manufactured to comply with American National Standards Institute/ International Safety Equipment Association (ANSI/ISEA) Z87.1 and European Standard (EN) 166 personal eye protection standards for quality assurance.
